By fostering cooperation across borders and sectors, the Centre seeks to nurture informed, responsible, and engaged young people and women leaders who contribute to the advancement of the Sustainable Development Goals and create lasting positive impact in their communities and beyond.
Our Vision
To strengthen the capacities of individuals, institutions, and communities to respond effectively to the complex challenges of sustainable development through high-quality learning, capacity development, knowledge exchange, research, dialogue, and multi-stakeholder cooperation. CIFAL Istanbul brings together public authorities, local governments, academia, civil society, the private sector, and young leaders to facilitate the exchange of expertise, promote innovative thinking, and develop practical, context-sensitive solutions aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and the 2030 Agenda.
